Reports To: Sales Manager Job Summary: We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Female Printing Estimator for a dynamic team at a well equipped products printing facility in Dubai. The ideal candidate will be responsible for analyzing customer requirements and preparing accurate cost estimates for a wide range of printing projects, including packaging, labels, stationery, and promotional paper products. Key Responsibilities: - Review and analyze customer specifications, artwork, and printing requirements.
- Calculate material costs, labor, time, and production equipment needs.
- Prepare accurate estimates and quotations in a timely manner.
- Collaborate with the sales team to ensure estimates align with client expectations.
- Liaise with suppliers for pricing on materials and services.
- Update and maintain estimating database and cost files.
- Recommend cost-effective solutions and suggest alternative printing methods or materials when needed.
- Track and analyze job performance for future cost improvements.
- Maintain thorough documentation of all estimates and revisions.
Qualifications: - Proven experience as a printing estimator, preferably in paper product printing.
- Strong knowledge of printing processes (offset, digital), finishing, die-cutting, and binding.
- Proficient in using estimating software and Microsoft Office (Excel is a must).
- Excellent mathematical, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask under tight deadlines.
- Good communication skills for cross-department coordination.
Preferred Experience: - 3+ years in a printing estimation role.
- Background in packaging or paper product printing is highly desirable.
