Position: Homecare Operations Manager

Postion Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Homecare Operations Manager to oversee and lead the daily operations of a leading homecare services in Dubai. The ideal candidate will be having work experience in a European country with a strong background in healthcare management, capable of ensuring compliance, quality service delivery, and team leadership.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the overall operations of homecare services
- Ensure compliance with DHA and local health regulations
- Oversee staff performance, scheduling, and client satisfaction
- Implement policies, procedures, and quality control measures
- Liaise with clients, families, and external stakeholders
- Prepare operational reports and handle budgeting
Requirements:
- Western Educated
- Proven experience in homecare or healthcare operations management
- Strong leadership and organizational skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Knowledge of Dubai healthcare regulations is a plus
