Position: Dental Technician

Overview:
We are seeking applications from  skilled and detail-oriented Dental Technician to join a multi disciplinary Hospital in Sharjah. The ideal candidate will bring 3–5 years of hands-on experience in dental technology, with a strong background in fabricating crowns, bridges, dentures, and orthodontic appliances. This is an excellent opportunity to be part of a collaborative environment that values quality, precision, and innovation in dental care.

Key Responsibilities:

·       Construct, fit, and repair dental prosthetics including crowns, bridges, dentures, and orthodontic appliances.

·       Read and interpret dental prescriptions, adhering strictly to dentists' specifications.

·       Ensure all work meets high standards of quality, accuracy, and hygiene.

·       Collaborate closely with dentists and fellow technicians to ensure optimal patient outcomes.

·       Utilize both traditional techniques and modern digital tools in daily work.

Requirements:

·       Diploma or Degree in Dental Technology.

·       3–5 years of relevant experience in a dental lab setting within the UAE.

·       Proficiency in digital dental systems such as 3Shape or Exocad is a strong advantage.

·       Excellent craftsmanship and a keen eye for detail.

·       Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively within a team.

·       DHA/MOH/HAAD license or eligibility is preferred.
